Watches have been shipped, tracking numbers have been sent!

Hey!

Just like we have promised - the tracking numbers are ready, and they have been emailed to the backers!

How long it will take to receive your order?

Depending on your country it will take 2 - 4 weeks. You can always refer to your tracking number (you will receive a tracking link as well), to know exactly what's happening with your order.

When you will check the link you may notice that the starting country of the package may be "Tonga" or other interesting, exotic country. That's not a mistake. However that doesn't mean your watch is being shipped from Tonga :)

Watches are shipped from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China.

Once you will receive your package - let us know! Email us at [email protected] and let us know what you think!

First backer received the Eagle!

Hey!

Today is the last day of September, and we know that you have been eagerly waiting for your Eagle watch.

We want to share great news with you - the first backer already received his Eagle watch :)

Where is yours?

On its way! All watches have been shipped, however we had a small issues with tracking numbers, so we will be sending your tracking number early next week (that doesn’t change the fact that watch is already on its way to your door step).

We wanted to process everything faster, but due to the Golden Week holiday in China (our warehouse is located in Guangzhou, China) that will be taking place next week things weren’t moving as fast as we wanted to.

Nevertheless, we are really happy that we managed to meet our promise of delivering the watches this September, and that we got them shipped :)

When you should expect it?

We have backers all over the world, so it’s hard to assume when exactly you will get it, but it will take 2-4 weeks, depending on your location.

Once you will receive the tracking number, and it will become active in the posts tracking system, you will be able to track the journey of your watch.

ARE YOU READY? Your Eagle is on the way!

Hey there!

We're super excited to announce that we will begin shipping the watches this week, and we're planning to ship all of them until the end of September.

You will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as it's ready. The tracking link may take a day or two to start working, but once the post office will process it, you will be able to track the journey of your watch :)

The answers have been locked in the BackerKit, and we will be using your shipping address that you've specified in the survey. We've sent quite a few of reminder, so we're sure that you have selected appropriate rewards and correct shipping details by now.

As for the estimated time of arrival of your watch - we can't say exactly when YOU will receive it. Since we will be processing shipments in batches, some watches will be shipped out sooner than others. However, all of the watches will be sent out this September, just like we've promised during our campaign!

I hope you're excited just as we are! This has been a long and exciting journey making this happen, and we're super grateful to have you with us!

Delivery Update #2

Hey there!

We received a few emails from backers asking whether we're on schedule to deliver the watches this September, so I thought I am going to make a project update and let you know what's happening.

The original idea was to release the Eagle with a simple luminous coating. However, we crossed a stretch goal, so we were able to offer you Swiss Super-LumiNova index and hands. This was really exciting, because Super-LumiNova is just far more superior than any regular luminous coating.

However, that caused small problems during the production, and the watch hands didn't turn out exactly how we wanted them to be. There were small imperfections, so we decided to re-do all of the hands, so all of them are just right.

Even though we had to re-do the hands, we believe that we will still fit the schedule and we will be able to start shipping the watches this September :)

So, the bottom line is - we're working hard putting this together, we're still on schedule, and as soon as I will have more news I will let you know!

The Progress

Hey, it's Emilis from SGS Watches headquarters!

It's been some time since the last project update, so I wanted to update you, to let you know what's happening, and when you can expect to receive your watches.

Over the last few months we've been intensively manufacturing the watches, and they are almost ready. So far everything is going according to the plan.

During the next few weeks the watches will be fully assembled, and we will begin testing and quality control phase. We want to be sure that every Eagle watch that will leave our warehouse will be in perfect condition. Quality control will take time, but we want to be sure that you receive exactly what you backed :)

Even though it will take some time - the watches will reach you just as we have promised - this September!

We will let you know the exact date a little later.

Shipping Address

We haven't closed the survey, so you can still make changes to your pledge (you can order more watches, choose a different style, change the shipping address and more).

All you have to do is head over to https://sgswatches.backerkit.com and type in your Kickstarter email address (the one you use to login to Kickstarter). The BackerKit will send you a unique survey edit link to your email inbox.

Click the link, and you will be able to edit your survey.
